1- You must continue to lift heavy and lift fast- eliminate some of the extra work. Keep the philosophy the same. Here is why the conjugate method is king. You are always ready- always strong- always moving weights fast!
2- Stay on Schedule- DON'T PANIC- adding more and more disrupts the athlete's weekly routine. If anything take away some of the conditioning and workloads.
3- DO ADD- more sleep- fruits and vegetables- more film- GET RID OF SOCIAL MEDIA.
