How often and overlooked is the path of least resistance? Position yourself where the work comes in, minimum effort and max return.

  • What’s in front of you? Who do you know or who are your existing clients? How can you leverage existing people you know for more work?
  • Do kids question where meals come from 3 x a day? Who can you contact that can put not one but 2 or 5 jobs in front of you?
  • What are ways you find new people?
  • What about when you exhaust your network?

    • So who are you looking for? 

    1. Existing clients e.g. facility managers or building managers in body corp. How? Networking (we hate that word!)
    2. When you start a business you expect a welcoming parade of clients. That’s not how it works. You need to call, go for coffee (go for a beer?)!

      3. Most top clients will be relationship based!
