059-Gil Blander PhD: Blood Biomarkers for  Longevity

How can blood biomarkers inform our quest for health and longevity? Is there a better way to systematically apply AI and other tools to use this critical information? Today we speak with Gil Blander PhD, Founder, and Chief Scientific Officer of InsideTracker and host of the Longevity by Design podcast. An expert in nutrition, biomarker analytics, athletic performance, biochemistry, and aging research, he holds numerous patents and has published peer-reviewed articles in these areas.  He received his PhD in biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and did postgraduate research on aging at MIT in the famed Lenny Guarente lab at MIT which has spawned such longevity leaders as David Sinclair, David Kennedy, and Matt Kaeberlein.
