5. Podcasting as a safe space - Putting yourself out there is scary but for Emmy, for some reason, podcasts make her feel safe
6. Advice for podcasters - “Give yourself time”

“Experiencing life has been helpful. Putting myself in different environments, having someone who is so different from me, and at the same time people are like, it just makes sense. I think being open to having people reflect back to you in some way can kind of help affirm you to yourself.” - Emmy
