Joining Caroline this week is Dr. Yoni Alkan, a certified cuddle party facilitator and sex educator. This week, intersex activist Diana James and researcher Dr. Tanya Ní Mhuirthile are here to explain what its like to be intersex, as an identity but also when it comes to accessing health care or the legal system. This is a hard listen with some mention of sexual assault, but we need to learn more about this so we can support people around the world.

The Covid Care podcast is a short miniseries looking at the experiences of people who either provided care services or accessed them during the Covid 19 lockdown in Ireland earlier this year. It features conversations with carers, parents, domestic violence services, elderly support, sexual health services, and more.

Some of the conversations are a tough listen as guest recall their struggles during lockdown, but there are lessons to be learned about how we treat vulnerable people in Ireland.
