It's been a big few weeks at Tiff HQ. As I've mentioned in a few past episodes, I've recently stepped back into the training arena with the view to competing. This episode was recorded at the very early stages of that decision (at the time of airing it's now a few weeks down the track). To say it's been interesting sure is a fair statement. I LOVE the process of observing what plays out physically, mentally, emotionally and behaviorally when I throw myself into any given endeavor, however out of all endeavors, the boxing ring is most certainly my biggest place of learning.
