Gratitude lists. A staple of the addiction recovery journey. Are you getting deep enough in your gratitude journaling? Are you just listing off what you are grateful for like it's a grocery list? Are you really listing things you are thankful for? Should you be doing a thankful list too? Can I ask any more questions before you hit play and find out the answers to these questions with my usual wit and humor?

Being grateful and/or being thankful could just be a semantics debate unraveling before our very eyes - but I attest that there is a measurable difference and it should be discussed. I mean, clearly I have something a say on the subject, or I wouldn't have done 40 minutes on it.

Let's dive into the deep together and in the end, you'll know exactly what the difference is, well, maybe, but you'll definitely know how to feel deep into your gratitude journal entry today.
