Carolyn Gower is a Grief Coach and Spiritual Profiler. Seeking guidance and support after losing her dear husband Tony 5 years ago, Carolyn got herself in touch with a coach.

After working with her coach, he encouraged Carolyn to become a coach herself. With incredible kindness, empathy and personal experience in this area she has since started her own business in this field supporting others through their grief. Her passion lies in normalising grief and educating others on how to best support a grieving person in their life.
