Bad Grit? Burnout. It’s working injured or grinding with no payoff in sight.

Bullying yourself into goals? That’s not grit—it’s just draining.

So, take stock. Keep what excites you. Let go of what doesn’t.

Good grit fuels you. Bad grit? Leave it behind.
