It's a family affair on this episode of the Midfield Report as Amanda chats with Dave about his 2024 Unbound XL ride and how it compares to 2023. They get into gear, feeding, outside support questions and how everyone has a plan until it is the middle of the night and you are standing on the only hill you can find with phone service, with a bike balanced on your shoulders, trying to figure out why you can't shift and if you mixed your bottles properly.

Amanda then chats with her mom about riding the 50-mile route at Unbound. They discuss training, feeding, cramping and lessons learned from a first-time finisher.
