Hey Y'all, 
I needed time off to clear my head this week and didn't have an episode to post. I haven't even been in the right space mentally to record. Which lead me not having an episode to drop this week. However, I did an episode on Wolf podcast and just so happened to be dropping today. I didn't want to leave you without anything and I'm so ready to rebrand and give y'all a great show.
