Markus is a German who previously has worked as a national team coach in both Germany, Switzerland and Russia.

Right now he is headcoach for the Italian national XCS team before the Olympics in 2026.

Markus has coached several Olympic and World Championskiers and in this podcast he gives us an insight into training, his philosophy and what he belives is the key elements for performing in XCS.
