I loved this chat with Seamus Evans... Part of me felt like I'd just met my soul-brother! From sharing and comparing our respective lessons from the boxing ring, to harnessing our (at times) wayward emotions and learning about our cognitive blueprints.

Seamus is an ambassador of The Tourette's Syndrome Association of Australia and has very recently explored medication for ADHD so we have a grand old chat about the awesome and not-always-so-awesome of all things mind, body and brain function and how Seamus has meandered through life learning to harness and revel in his strengths and creativity whilst adapting and understanding the workings of his mind and emotions (as have I... and likely you).

Brilliant banter and lot's of fun... I know you're going to love him!
