01have nothing to lose是什么意思？
剑桥词典里是这样解释的：“to be in a situation that could improve by doing something and that will not be any worse if you fail at it
即：你目前的状况，可以通过做某事来改善，即使你失败了也不会变得更糟也就是说现在已经是最糟糕的状态了只要尝试，不会比现在差，只会变好所以have nothing to lose�我没什么失去的了，我没啥损失
隐含的意思就是：我无所畏惧，可以全力以赴向前冲带着一种破釜沉舟的勇气与决心
例：I have nothing to lose. I'm not afraid of failure.
我再无可失。我不害怕失败。

如果把nothing换成somethinghave something to lose意思是：有东西可以失去；心里有事（有人）
