Jon Allen is a CPA with 13 years of real estate finance experience. His focus is the underwriting, development, and capital markets functions of our self-storage assets. Jon began his career at a regional accounting firm in Charlotte, NC, working with real estate developers and private equity firms. After leaving the public accounting world, he led commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management for a family office in Charlotte, NC.
