In this episode we chat about LOVE.. But not the joyful, beautiful kind of love. We chat about the kind of love that isn't so pretty. I got a voice note from a girl who currently is pursuing a man who clearly lost interest in her and therefor also not treating her with the kindness that he did at the beginning of her relationship. I've personally experienced this in my own life in the past and so has aaaaall of my girlfriends. I had a lot of thoughts on this topic so we're going a little all over the place but I think it's something really important to chat about and use it to dig into developing some more self-love, passion and joy in our life :)
