For 10 years, Katelyn has helped individuals heal from addiction, trauma, low self-worth and mind body disconnect. She has helped many people step into their confidence and own who they are through a variety of practices in and outside an office setting. Katelyn has been through her own recovery from addiction, disordered eating, birth trauma, inner child healing and patterns of self-sabotage. Katelyn believes that the journey is never finished.
