A blocked or stagnant heart chakra can cause us to feel off, and inhibit our ability to give and receive love in the way we want and need. There will be a little bit of physical movement to take advantage of how our physical bodies are inseperable from our more subtle bodies - emotional, mental, spiritual, astral.
