Tonight we close out the month of August and we do it in spectacular fashion! It has been a bit since we talked about competition BBQ and tonight I am joined by the pitmaster of Heavy Smoke, Chris Schafer. Chris is currently ranked 2nd in the KCBS Team Of The Year points chase and fresh of a GC this past weekend in Kansas. Chris will recap the weekend, give us his take on the competition BBQ scene in general and talk about his "All this for 6 Pieces of BBQ" podcast.
