As a former collegiate track and field athlete, Helen is a life-long competitor. She describes her unpredictable schedule working as a flight attendant and how she manages to stay on track even with all of the travel! With all of her accomplishments and her longevity, Helen believes that mindset is the key to keeping her fire lit.
