Early last week I sat down with one of my favourite humans Morgan Te Oka. Many would know that Morgan is a part of my inner circle and one of the people I rely heavily on with the running or High Performance Camps, Aella Warriors and Bro Camps. 

She has recently moved to the Cronulla Sharks NRL team and is working in the Wellness, Development and Performance space so I wanted to chat to her about the move, the decision, the challenges and the rewards she's experienced so far. 

This was such a good chat. I always leave these chats feeling more energised than when I started and I feel like that is a key reason why Morg's and I are so close.
