Highest self is a concept that has become my North Star. It is the light that helps illuminate my path, and exposes all my bullshit. Aiming to embody my highest self has allowed me to self reflect, to shed things that no longer serve me, (or never did in the first place!) and helped me lean into behaviors that allow me to thrive.
