10:14pm - YouTube sensation, and my best pal in life, Sam The Cooking Guy joins me for his usual segment in the 2nd hour. We missed him last month as I was out of the country doing some luxuriating, but having been firmly re-planted in reality, Sam and I pick back up and talk about some of his latest videos, including the one from the end of last week that documented his latest trip to Hong Kong. Will we ACTUALLY talk about that?? Who knows...but it is on the agenda.

10:35pm - Rasheed Philips stops by to close the show tonight and we plan to talk about what the expectations should be for the folks who go on TV for these shows like "BBQ Brawl" and "BBQ Showdown". Rasheed was on the first season of BBQ Showdown and he has a lot to say about how these platforms treat their contestants and what their real expectations should be once the show drops/airs on their respective stations/streaming services. Never one to shy away from dealing straight fire, Rasheed promises to give a great segment!
