Josiah wanted to learn how to turn demand into revenue, so spent a few years at a revenue management technology company before spending the past few years working with hotel owners and hospitality real estate investors at Juniper Square. But it was during the years he spent helping to build what became one of the biggest hotel operations technology companies in the world (ReviewPro, 60,000+ hotels) that he learned something that has stuck with him since: operations is the most important part of a hotel business today.
