Last week Queensland put forward a proposal to relax the states drug laws by expanding the Police Drug Diversion Program. 

The program would protect drug offenders found with less than 50 grams of all drugs from being prosecuted, and instead push them into professional help.

In this episode of The Quicky, we look at whether drugs should be looked at as a health issue instead of a criminal one and how relaxing the rules could lead to a healthier community.
