Jordache Keith started People360 in 2014. People360 is a healthcare recruitment agency that brought nurses, doctors, and other health professionals to hospitals, aged care facilities, and specialized clinics. He had offices in Singapore, India, and Malaysia.

He was thinking of more ways to grow his business when Covid suddenly hit. Unable to fly in any candidates from anywhere, he was forced to close down the India and Malaysia branches while he figured out how to help the Singapore branch survive.

As a young businessman, he was fearful about what could happen next. Did he have to go back to his workforce job? How can he grow his business in the middle of a recession? That’s when he discovered Rockit.

He was hesitant to go for the program at first. Aside from the fact that he didn’t know if he could afford the program, he was doubtful they understood his dilemma.
