In this episode, we have Miguel Bautista. Miguel is a video producer based in Vancouver who fully healed from a 4.5-year battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and POTS.

He has an amazing Youtube Channel, CFS Recovery, where he breaks down the science behind the root cause that was driving his Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and related debilitating symptoms, as well as what he has done to heal himself from all these symptoms. He is one of the few people who sticks around after they have recovered to share their knowledge and their story to give the rest of us much needed hope.
