Peer-reviewed academic studies support each of Dr. Greger’s approaches. The overwhelming conclusion is that a whole food plant-based diet is the most effective ‘treatment’ to prevent and cure America's biggest killers.


You may be used to hearing that you should avoid eating certain foods. The common link between the most harmful foods is that they are animal products.
