In this episode, we have Rachel Leland aka Resiliently Rachel. Rachel was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease when she was 13 and spent most of her teens in a wheelchair. After years of treatment, she was able to walk again, and began to move on with her life only to be confronted by more health struggles, this time caused my mold toxicity
After she got out of the wheelchair, things were pretty good for a while–then she started college in a building that had toxic black mold. After that, everything in Rachel’s body went crazy and she ended up going down the path of detoxing from mold.
Dealing with toxic mold exposure is a full-time job. After years of treating mold, she had mostly recovered, with the exception of two symptoms: food and chemical sensitivities. These two symptoms continued to worsen, eventually leading her to the Dynamic Neural Retraining Systems (DNRS) program. DNRS completely changed her life, helping her eradicate her food and chemical sensitivities.
