When searching for education on a healing journey after an enmeshment with a narcissist use discernment in your information gathering process. I cannot emphasise strongly enough how narcissists no matter how talented they maybe at providing assistance to our community, are at the end of the day personality disordered. Narcissists by definition will not wish to be described in very malignant terms as they are excellent at disassociating from their behaviour ie. Lacking accountability (even intellectually). In general they poh poh spirituality as they mainly deal in black and white/cause and effect terms. It is a powerful component to healing for targets of narcissists to embrace their own in-ate spirituality to heal and rise beyond the dark experience that envelops narcissistic relationships. Calling a ‘spade a spade’ and not negating or gaslighting the experience of human beings who sense the dark side of a narcissist and their destructive behaviours is vital to a wholesome healing experience and for the rising of a crushed human spirit. Believe what you’ve been through in all its components and validate your experience. What you see you saw, what you hear you heard and know you are more than a psychological definition and physical presence.
