Leading off the new month, of course, is Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right. I believe we will also have a guest appearance by Malcom's wife, Rachelle who had a very successful steak competition recently. While Malcom is always free with his info, you know I want to get the techniques from the other cook in the house too! We will also talk about his latest recipes and how the results of his fantasy football draft went this past weekend...especially the food spread!

Next up, the World Food Championships made the anticipated announcement this past Friday that they are cancelling their signature event this coming November because of the Corona virus. Founder of this contest, Mike McCloud, will join me to give us a behind the scenes look as to everything that went into this decision and how it will affect the rest of the WFC qualifying events going forward.
