People often talk themselves out of taking risks in their careers. Granted, excuses are common. The economy may not be in the best shape. Or, maybe you have obligations at home. Those are all valid concerns but it doesn't mean you can't be bold in your job search or career.

Ginnie Carlier, the Americas vice chair of talent at Ernst & Young — also known as EY, knows a thing or two about being bold with careers. She has traveled the globe while climbing one of the most prestigious corporate ladders in the world. Ginnie chats with LinkedIn News Editor Andrew Seaman on the latest episode of Get Hired to explain how to lean into uncertainty and be bold. The two also discuss how to best present yourself during job interviews, and how educating ourselves about the change will help us mold our skills to work better with AI rather than against it.
