Confidence is a muscle we all have to work on all of the time. It’s a lifelong battle as we age, face challenges, and enter new stages of life. We believe that confidence starts from within and we challenge you to think about your current level of self-esteem. Are you avoiding events because of how you look? Ceara went to the Lake of the Ozarks for a girl’s weekend trip and is heading to Cabo to shoot a wedding.
