Dr. Leaf is a communication pathologist, audiologist, clinical and cognitive neuroscientist specializing in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. Since the early 1980s she has researched the mind-brain connection, the nature of mental health, and the formation of memory. She uses this research to understand how we think, build memory, and learn, in order to create tools and processes that have transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), learning disabilities (ADD, ADHD), autism, dementias and mental ill-health issues like anxiety and depression.

Today we delve into the world of neuroscience, mental health, and the power of the mind. Dr. Leaf's extensive research in neuroplasticity and her groundbreaking theories, which have helped countless individuals overcome challenges and transform their thinking.
