These are some of the most useful ways that I have found to create webinar content and maximize audience retention. Start by determining if a webinar is the best medium for your presentation. Keep your content short. Make it audience focused. Next, put some meat on the bones to add value for your attendees. Then finally practice your presentation and add in your visual aids.
