On today’s episode, I’ll be speaking with Gurujas who is a teacher and a musician, lead singer in “White Sun” group. She teaches that Kundalini Yoga is an experientially-based system–a science of joy, fulfillment and love. She also believes that happiness is a vibrational frequency, and can be an enduring state of being.

White Sun is a music group formed in Los Angeles, California in 2015. The line-up consists of Gurujas, Harijiwan, and Adam Berry. White Sun won a Grammy Award for their second album, White Sun II, in 2017. On February 5, 2023 White Sun won a second Grammy for their newest album, Mystic Mirror.
