Kundalini Yoga and Meditation was a lighting fast practice for her self growth and healing. Using guided Breath-work for expansive quantum leaps in her magnetic field. Malyvahn’s goal is to hold a healing space, guided by the teachings, where each student can reach their highest bliss of prosperity!
