Any time we move away from foods we are used to eating, there will be discomfort - and a lot of it! We often think, "if I just had more willpower, I could be thin." Willpower is not the answer, my friends. If it were, we would all be thin. Willpower doesn't work because it runs out. We only get a very small amount of it every day!

In this episode, I will teach you to handle that discomfort, and I'll also teach you what to do when you want to eat something you said you weren't going to. This is one of my all time favorite hacks to losing weight for the last time! I can't wait for you to listen!
