When people are caught in a dilemma, they keep questioning themselves if they are doing the right thing. Is what you are doing aligned with your core values? They will touch on such topics as: 

  • We all die one day, but the legacy you’ve made throughout the years is what’s left behind. 
  •  What is the definition of competing? 
  • What does competing mean to you?
  • No matter how hard it gets, no matter what you face, and no matter what you get yourself into, you can quit. You can change your business and how you do your business.
  • You can change how you do things, but your mission is that you can’t quit.
  • When your marketing goes after everybody, you are actually going after nobody because you attract some people, but they can’t look at you and say exactly who you serve.
  • You are not different from anybody else out there! There are a lot of brands that are big, and there are also small brands that are doing the same thing that you do. The difference between what you do and how you do it is the message. 
  • Internally, you are never as good as you think you are, and you are never as bad as you think you are.
  • How do you Control your variables? 
  • There are so many crafts in the marketplace, and you should have a goal to rise above the crafts with quality content, images, and experience. 
  • Everything you have to do has to be about impact!
  •  Why in the beginning, stages, when you are just starting your business, you should say "yes" to everything?
  • At what point do you have to learn to say "no"?
  • Focus on what you do best to help the company grow.
  • To be a good business owner, you have to learn to say no to almost everything.
  • You can’t control the market, but you can control how you respond to it.
  • Don’t let the fear of what other people might say cause you to change your path.
