and the list literally goes on and on and on...
Because on any given day, you might have several things that you FEEL (keyword here) are standing in the way of your weight loss.
And all of those can all be true.
I'm not here to tell you you're wrong...
All of that is completely normal and completely okay.
The last thing we need to do is shit on ourselves about it. Am I right?
You're entitled to have all the thoughts and feelings that you are having.
The bigger issue is that we don't have a full awareness of ALL of the thoughts and feelings we are having that contribute to our current situation.
