I invite my incredible friend and 4/6 Generator, Master Coach Gemma Hanley to talk on codependency, and how it manifests in relationships beyond the romantic, to our family  and friends. 

We get vulnerable to chat on our personal experiences of codependency and its subtleties, like suppressing emotions or neglecting our needs for others. 

Gemma so generously shared her process she takes her clients through when moving through codependency including loving self inquiry to lead to deep self-awareness, offering strategies for identifying, understanding, and breaking free from these unhealthy patterns through self-compassion, communication, and reinventing relationship dynamics.

This is a tangible episode where we give tools for self-advocacy and relational boundaries.** Gemma is a Master Coach in her 7th year of guiding people-pleasing, perfectionist and overwhelmed women to discover calm and confidence in both their mind and body.

She leads women to pinpoint the exact subconscious patterns that are automating a stress response in their nervous system so that their inner work actually starts working for them! 

In addition to her extensive training, Gemma’s coaching is heavily informed from her lived experience of using the mind-body connection to heal 23 years of panic attacks, anxiety, depression, PCOS, painful periods, constipation, SIBO, and severe chronic fatigue syndrome.

She specialises on the topics of self sabotage & resistance, emotional intelligence, connection based communication and setting boundaries that stick.
