Happy Full Moon in Mercury Retrograde! You may be feeling very heightened emotional energy and charges. Tears are common at this time. So I felt inspired to talk on the emotional center in Human Design.

Ever wondered why you feel so deeply, or why your emotions seem to come in waves? Or you seem to be a sponge for the emotions of others around you? This is all the workings of the solar plexus in the human design chart. We have become so emotionally enempt as a collective, myself included. I share on my past of suppressing my emotions to finding the beauty and power in my emotional experience.
