But HOW do you choose the right business coach?

The #1 non-negotiable trait a great business coach should have is EXPERTISE. They must have the physical experience and knowledge gained from being in the trenches. Words can warn, life experience teaches.

Here are my top 3 additional pillars to consider when choosing a coach:

#1 - Find a coach that has been where you want to be, who has done what you want to do.

#2 - Have they helped others like you achieve results? 

#3 -  Do you resonate with this person's values and philosophy? Do they represent the type of person you want to become?

Trust your intuition and once you choose, you have to have faith in both their process and yourself. 

Follow your coaches guidance and advice, trust the process once you have decided to invest and you'll get to where you want to go.
