This week’s guest is Daniel Priestley. He is an entrepreneur, best-selling author, and international speaker. He has built successful multi-million-dollar businesses in Australia, the UK, and Singapore. In today’s episode, we are going to talk about Daniel’s book "Oversubscribed: How to Get People Lining Up to Do Business with You", and his proven real-world methods that will help you drive demand for your service and increase your business.

We explore the idea of getting signaled interest before making sales. We look at examples like Elon Musk's pre-order system for the cybertruck and how collecting signals from the market can lead to funding and eventually sales. We discuss how coaches can use signal collection to determine the number of clients they can take on and avoid having to haggle for sales.
