In this episode, I’m sitting down with my friends Ashley and Kara for an honest, lighthearted, and powerful conversation about healing, resilience, and what it actually looks like to move through hard seasons of life.

We laughed, we got vulnerable, and we talked through the real-life tools that have supported us through mental health challenges, business pressures, and everything in between. I left this conversation feeling so grateful for their openness—and I think you will too.

Here are a few key takeaways from our conversation:

The power of being a problem solver:

One thing that really stood out is the mindset of “we’ll figure it out.” Whether it’s in business, motherhood, or personal struggles, approaching challenges with curiosity instead of panic can completely shift the outcome. There’s something powerful about not getting stuck, and instead choosing to move forward one step at a time.

Healing is not one-dimensional:

We talked a lot about how healing rarely comes from just one thing. It’s often a combination of supports—nutrition, movement, therapy, rest, community, and more. When we think of health as “multiple hoses on a fire,” it removes the pressure of needing one perfect solution and instead opens the door to a more holistic approach.

You are not alone:

Both Ashley and Kara shared parts of their mental health journeys, including seasons of depression and the long process of finding what truly helps. One of the most important reminders from this conversation is that your struggle does not define you—and there is hope, support, and help available even when it feels far away.

I’m so grateful for this conversation and the reminder that healing looks different for everyone, but no one has to walk it alone.
