Jose Linares is a multifamily investor. Born & raised in Chicago, formal education at Arizona State, and self-education/intentional life in San Diego. Currently working full-time in commercial restoration, Jose was introduced to multifamily through his institutional investor and property management clients. The spark for multifamily was further fueled after hearing Brandon Turner’s fourplex investment strategy for Rosie and “The Stack”. After 2.5 years of analysis paralysis, Jose purchased 22 units in 6 months to start his multifamily journey.
