• 12:09 The other really important thing to say is that the majority of that revenue that was generated came from existing customers. This is really important.
• 17:55 If you only focused on these two things every single day until you stop being in business, you will exponentially increase the amount of revenue you are making now. For sure, there's a whole lot of mindset that supports you taking those actions, but those action pieces are the key to creating way more impact and way more income.
