In this team, Bent noticed that one of the team members was not open to being part of the transformation, and Agile adoption process. The first signs came in the daily standups, when this team member would refuse to talk about what he was working on. Both the team and Bent wanted to help the team member to be onboard with the Agile process, but he was not willing to be part of it.
