Ageism is a common obstacle for job seekers on both sides of the age spectrum. Yet, it's especially difficult for those who are older due to conscious and unconscious biases held by decision makers. While it shouldn't be on older job seekers to overcome ageism while looking for work, there are steps they can take to make the process less challenging.
