Dominiece Clifton is an author, speaker, and lifelong learner on a mission to guide others to rewrite their stories by releasing and reconnecting to remember their most authentic selves. A self-proclaimed stress-pert, registered yoga instructor, and trauma-informed breathwork and meditation facilitator, she is passionate about educating others on how to manage stress more efficiently and release trauma from their bodies. Dominiece promotes an integrated approach to healing that prioritizes emotional well-being for the mind, body, and spirit using somatic approaches.
Today, Dominiece is the Founder of Move And Still, Nourish Wellness Collective (coming 2023), and the host of the School of Healing podcast.
